Customising your business appearance

The appearance settings on the business set the default look for every new invoice and estimate. To change the look of a single document instead, see Per-document appearance overrides.

Open Business settings → Appearance and set:

• Theme — currently Modern or Elegant. The theme is purely cosmetic.
• Logo — upload a PNG, JPG, GIF or SVG up to 1 MB; alignment can be set to left, right, centred, or full width.
• Primary color — used by the Modern theme for accents on documents.

Changes apply to new documents immediately. Documents already created keep the appearance they had when issued — see Historical data in invoices and estimates.
