Cancelling or resending a pending invitation
When you invite a new member to your business, they receive an email with a link to accept. Until they click that link, the invitation sits in the Members list as Pending. From there you can resend the email or cancel the invitation entirely.
Where to manage pending invitations
Open Business settings → Members. Pending invitations appear in the same list as active members, clearly marked as Pending.
Resending
If your colleague didn't receive the original email (filtered as spam, mistyped address, lost in the inbox), open the menu next to the pending invitation and choose Re-send. A fresh email goes out with the same acceptance link.
If the email address itself was wrong, cancel the invitation first and then send a new one to the correct address — there's no "edit invitation" step.
Cancelling
To withdraw an invitation that hasn't been accepted yet, open the menu next to the pending invitation and choose Cancel. The link in the original email stops working immediately, and the row disappears from the Members list.
After an invitation has been accepted, the person becomes a regular member and can be managed like any other — see Managing business members.
