Setting defaults for individual customers

Sliptree allows for some settings to be set individually for each customer. This is helpful for users that have customers in different countries, for example.

These settings will affect invoices and estimates created for these customers. They can be overridden on a per-invoice basis, if necessary.

Any number of these settings can be adjusted or left blank. If any fields are left blank, the company defaults will be used instead.
