How do I close my account?

If you don't need to use Sliptree right now, you can simply close your account. All your data, including invoices and clients are kept safe. Once you're ready to return, you can simply re-activate your account and pick up where you left off.

Of course we’d rather you stay with us and Sliptree will be sad to see you go, but should you feel the need to leave us then follow the simple instructions below:

Click on your company profile in the top right hand corner and select Organisation settings > Plans & Billing and scroll down to the “Close this account” button under Close account.

How do I reactivate my account?

Yay! You’re back! OK it’s simple to get you back on track.

‘Login’ into your Sliptree account like you used to do.

When logging in you will notice a message stating that your account is closed. To reactivate, select either the Free or Unlimited plan and hit “Select & Continue.”

The Free plan you can begin creating your invoices immediately.

The Unlimited plan you will require to re-enter your payment card details again, and then you are ready to continue.

Your existing invoices and clients will be there ready and waiting for you to continue!

N.B. You can view your Personal profile and Organization settings even if your account is closed. You are unable to create invoices, estimates, clients and products.

I want to completely close my account and wipe my data.

OK are you sure? It doesn’t cost anything for you if we archive your data. If so then please send us a request to support@sliptree.com indicating that you want all of your data to be deleted. We’ll respond acknowledging your request and the data deletion will begin. N.B. Please allow up to 5 business days to complete this request.
