Resetting your password

If you've forgotten the password you use to sign in to your Sliptree organization, you can reset it easily at any time.

  1. Start by visiting app.sliptree.com/a/forgot-password.
  2. Enter your email address. Make sure it's the one you used to sign up for Sliptree!

  3. Now, click Reset my password.
  4. Check your email inbox for a new message from Sliptree.
  5. In the password reset email, click Reset password.
  6. Enter your new password, then select Reset password.

Troubleshooting

Not receiving your password reset email

If you've followed the steps above and have yet to receive a password reset email from Sliptre, first be sure to check all the tabs, folders, and spam filters in your inbox. Still not there? Get in touch.

Note that you must be able to access the email address associated with your Sliptree account to reset your password. 

"We couldn't find an account with this email address."

This message usually means one of two things:

  • There's a mistake in your email address. It could be a typo, or the wrong email address. Double-check that it's the same email you used to sign up for Sliptree.
  • You're trying to use your organization email instead of your personal email. Organizations and users can have different email addresses in Sliptree. Make sure you use your personal email.
