How Does The Free Trial Work?

Starting a free trial

Great! Welcome aboard, simply hit the “Create an invoice now” button on the homepage. Then you will see a page asking you to sign in - ignore and click on the Create account button where another page will appear.

Then fill out the Email address, Password, Organization and select your Country from the dropdown box. You will notice the Login address* for your organization will auto populate with your organisation name - you can change if required. Then hit “Create Account.”

*Login address is your email address.

Your free trial has now begun and should you want to check how long you have left simply:

Click on your company profile in the top right hand corner and select Organisation settings > Plans & Billing and you’ll see the date when your trial will expire.

I’m loving Sliptree, can I end the trial early?

Absolutely! Simply do the following:

Select Organisation settings > Plans & Billing and then the clickable link “you can do so here.”

Either,

  1. Select the Free plan ensuring that your invoices do not total more than €1,000 per month
    or
  2. The Unlimited plan including all features and no restrictions and then follow the billing instructions

Depending on the plan you picked, you’ll then need to add payment card details. Please note doing so will end the trial and begin your plan - so you cannot go back onto the trial.

My trial has expired, I do not want to continue with Sliptree.

Either,

  1. Do nothing, you will not be billed anything and your data will be safely stored in case you wish to come back to us in the future
  2. Click on your company profile in the top right hand corner and select Organisation settings > Plans & Billing and scroll down to the “Close this account” button under Close account

Please note that whilst this makes the account inactive, it does not delete your data. This is safely secured should you wish to re-open your closed account in the future. However should you want your data deleted, then send a request to support@sliptree.com and we shall permanently delete. Please allow 5 business days for this happen.

My trial has expired and I wish to continue with Sliptree

Great! We’re thrilled you’re staying with us. Next step is simply choosing which plan is suitable for your business.

Select Organisation settings > Plans & Billing and then the clickable link “you can do so here.”

Either,

  1. Select the Free plan ensuring that your invoices do not total more than €1,000 per month
    or
  2. The Unlimited plan including all features and no restrictions and then follow the billing instructions

Please note that you can do this prior to your trial ending - doing so will end the trial and begin your plan.
