Upgrading to Unlimited plan

If You've discovered that the Free plan doesn't quite meet Your needs anymore, You can upgrade to Unlimited any time. With the Unlimited plan, You can make as many invoices as you want, with no limit to Your turnover.

1. First, You should go to Organisation Settings

2. Scroll down to Plans & Billing and You'll see your current plan. Now, to change it click on “Change plan”.

3. You'll be directed to the Plans page, where You can select the suitable plan to continue with.

4. After You have clicked "Select and Continue" You'll be directed to the payment page to fill in the required data. When that's done, simply click "Start my subscription".

5. If the payment succeeds You'll be directed to the Invoices page. You can confirm that the plan change is in effect under Organisation settings - Plans&Billing section where it now displays “Unlimited”.

Now You've successfully changed Your plan to Unlimited. Enjoy!

Troubleshooting

There can be a number of reasons for the payment to fail, for example

  • Your credit card has expired
  • Your credit card is currently blocked
  • You've reached or exeeded the limits of Your credit card
  • Your card settings do not allow online payments

In case of a failed payment please check the above reasons and turn to Your bank for a solution or try another credit card.

If You don't happen to have a credit card, you can alternatively pay by bank transfer. However, this option is available for annual subscriptions only. Please write to support@sliptree.com to request an annual subscription invoice.
