Reassigning customers in bulk
To move many customers from one team member to another — when a salesperson leaves, or sales territories are redistributed — use the bulk edit on the customer list.
- On the customer list, select the customers to move using the checkbox at the start of each row. To reassign every customer matching the current filter, use Select all rows from all pages after making a selection.
- Open the More actions menu and choose Edit.
- Tick the Salesperson field, choose the new team member (or Unassigned to return them to the shared pool), and save.
